Una vera e propria “meditazione in movimento” in cui le posizioni (asana) si susseguono in un flusso ordinato e continuo, con grande attenzione alla coordinazione tra respirazione, sguardo e movimento. Una disciplina adattabile a qualsiasi corpo, aperta a tutti/e come pratica assieme da dedicare al caro Paolo. Cosa vi serve? Solo un tappetino. Orario dalle 08:30 alle 09:45; l’attività è a cura di 𝐴𝑠ℎ𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑎 𝑌𝑜𝑔𝑎 𝐺𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑎 e la partecipazione è ad offerta libera.

Terza edizione del torneo di calcio a cinque nel ricordo di Paolo: una sfida calcistica aperta a tutti/e nel nome del divertimento e dell’amicizia, con premiazioni finali. Il torneo è organizzato insieme all’𝐴𝐼𝐴 𝑎𝑟𝑏𝑖𝑡𝑟𝑖 𝑠𝑒𝑧𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑃𝑎𝑜𝑙𝑜 𝑂𝑟𝑡𝑖𝑠 di Tolmezzo. Una passeggiata immersa nella natura fino a Sella Sant’Agnese insieme agli asini dell’𝐴𝑧𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑎 𝐴𝑔𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑎 𝐾𝑢𝑘𝑒 di Buja. L’iniziativa è dedicata a famiglie e bambini, è ad offerta libera e consapevole e si svolgerà con un numero minimo di 15 partecipanti. Si consiglia calzature adeguate al sentiero sterrato, acqua e merenda al sacco. Ritrovo alle ore 09:00 per partenza alle ore 09:30.

Laboratori creativi e manuali per bambini e ragazzi in collaborazione con il 𝐶𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑜 𝑑𝑒𝑙 𝑅𝑖𝑢𝑠𝑜 𝑀𝑎𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑎̂ di Gemona; in contemporanea, 𝑀𝑎𝑛𝑜𝑙𝑎 darà modo di sperimentare l’antica arte della pirografia 🆕 mentre 𝐴𝑔𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑒 proporrà un giocoso laboratorio di yoga genitore-figlio 🆕. Thanks to the numerous donations collected during the previous editions of VIVA FEST, we supported the construction of a nursery school in Burkina Faso, we supported the Regional Alpine Rescue of Friuli Venezia Giulia for the purchase of equipment, and we supported local charitable initiatives helping the medical research for treatment of illnesses of the little ones.
