Fir & Bergamot prepletajo pop in rock v napeto, iskrivo celoto, ki deluje na robu med intimnim in eksplozivnim.

Zasedbo sestavljajo glasbeniki iz Slovenije, Kanade, Kolumbije in Italije, katerih poti so se križale skoraj po naključju, danes pa na odru delujejo kot ena sama, uigrana sila.

Za njimi so raznolike izkušnje, od dolgoletne koncertne kilometrine do ustvarjalca, ki je za svoje izjemno kulturno delo v Sloveniji pridobil državljanstvo, ter osebnih prebojev, ki jih vse izraziteje postavljajo na koncertni zemljevid.

Na odru gradijo intenzivno, čustveno nabito izkušnjo, ki vabi v gibanje in odziv, zvokovno pa se gibljejo vsepovsod med Fleetwood Mac in The Killers.

Po nizu koncertov po Sloveniji se Fir & Bergamot prvič predstavljajo v Orto Baru, kjer bodo v ospredje postavili svojo avtorsko glasbo.

Koncert bo odprl Matija Bolčina, kantavtor iz Nove Gorice.
V svojih pesmih prepleta zgodbe vsakdanjega življenja, občutja in opazovanja sveta okoli sebe. Z akustično kitaro in toplim glasom ustvarja intimen prostor za poslušanje.

Svoje prve pesmi je igral na ulicah Slovenije, Italije, Hrvaške in Španije, kjer so srečanja, pogovori in poti počasi našli mesto v njegovi glasbi. Njegovo ustvarjanje zaznamujejo teme narave, odnosov in počasnejšega, bolj zavestnega ritma življenja, z občutkom za iskreno in neposredno glasbeno pripoved.

Fir & Bergamot weave pop and rock into a tense, shimmering whole that moves along the edge between intimate and explosive.

The band brings together musicians from Slovenia, Canada, Colombia, and Italy, whose paths crossed almost by chance, and who now perform as a single, tightly knit force on stage.

Behind them lie diverse experiences, from years of live performing, to an artist who was granted Slovenian citizenship for his outstanding cultural contributions, as well as personal breakthroughs that are steadily gaining them recognition on the live scene.

On stage, they build an intense, emotionally charged experience that invites movement and response, while their sound stretches somewhere between Fleetwood Mac and The Killers.

After a run of shows across Slovenia, Fir & Bergamot will make their debut at Orto Bar, where they will present their original music.

The evening will open with Matija Bolčina, a singer-songwriter from Nova Gorica. In his songs, he weaves together stories of everyday life, emotions and observations of the world around him. With an acoustic guitar and a warm voice, he creates an intimate space for listening.

He first shared his songs on the streets of Slovenia, Italy, Croatia and Spain, where encounters, conversations and long journeys slowly found their way into his music. His songwriting is shaped by themes of nature, relationships and a slower, more mindful rhythm of life, expressed through an honest and direct musical storytelling.
