Convivium Vinitoris nasce per offrire agli ospiti un’esperienza unica tra le mura del Castello del Vino Pitars, dove il vino incontra il fascino del Medioevo in una cena di sei portate accompagnata dalle nostre etichette.

Durante la serata le sale si animeranno con musici e tamburini a scandire il ritmo, giullari e sbandieratori a incantare lo sguardo, armigeri e spadaccini a riportare in vita antiche gesta, in un’atmosfera capace di trasportarti in un’altra epoca.

Non sarà solo una cena, ma un’esperienza da vivere e condividere, tra sapori, spettacolo e tradizione.

Convivium Vinitoris was created to offer guests a unique experience within the walls of Pitars Wine Castle, where fine wine meets the allure of the Middle Ages in a six-course dinner paired with our signature labels.

Throughout the evening, the halls will come alive with musicians and drummers setting the rhythm, jesters and flag-wavers captivating the eye, and armored knights and swordsmen bringing legendary feats to life, immersing you in an atmosphere that transports you to another era.

This won’t just be a dinner. It will be an experience to savor and share, where flavors, spectacle, and tradition intertwine.
