We are presenting to you the premiere edition of a completely new wine festival Brda&Collio, the likes of which have never been seen in Slovenia and its wider surroundings. The Brda&Collio wine festival itself will be attended by 50+ wine houses, both from the Goriška Brda region ( Emeran Reya, Zalatel, Bregar, Movia, Edi Simčič….) as well as wine houses from the Collio ( Primosic, Korsic, Blazic, Edi Keber…). In addition to the wine houses themselves, there will also be various culinary providers, with an emphasis on boutique cheesemakers ( Kmetija Pustotnik, Domačija Čilčevi, Fattoria Gortani…), and of course restaurants ( Bistro Štorja, Restavracija Marina Portorož, Fabrika&Konvin…), which will cater your taste buds.
The event will take place at Vila Vipolže, 14.10.2023 at 14.00h till 21.00h, followed by a party at Vila Vipolže.
The entrance to the event includes a wine glass, all the wine and food tastings, every hour there will be a cooking show from the attending restaurants, where you will taste and learn how to make their dishes.

Na samem dogodku Brda&Collio bo sodelovalo približno 50+ vinskih hiš, tako iz Goriških Brd kot tudi vinske hiše iz Colliota. Poleg samih vinskih hiš se bodo predstavljali tudi različni kulinarični ponudniki, s povdarkom na butičnih sirarjih (Kmetija Pustotnik, Domačija Čilčevi, Fattoria Gortani…), ter seveda restavracije ( Bistro Štorja, Restavracija Marina Portorož, Fabrika&Konvin…), ki bodo poskrbele za Vaše brbončice.

Vstopnina na dogodek vključuje vinski kozarec, vse vinske in kulinarične degustacije, vsako uro pa bo ena izmed sodelujočih restavracij imela “cooking show”, kjer boste lahko poskusili in obenem se naučili kako pripraviti njihove mojstrovine.
