🔸 Posso venire senza partner? Assolutamente si! Non è necessario essere in coppia, c’è un intero gruppo di acrobati pronto a divertirsi con te!
🔸 Non ho mai provato i tricks descritti, posso venire lo stesso? Per la giornata di sabato sì, per la giornata di domenica devi avere i prerequisiti indicati.
🔸 Non so fare la verticale, è un problema? La verticale è un trick che serve molto nell’acroyoga, ma non è un prerequisito, quindi nessun problema e vieni a divertiti con noi!
🔸 Non so l’italiano, capirò qualcosa? Gli insegnanti sanno parlare anche in inglese e, se per caso non capisci l’italiano, faccelo sapere prima così avrai qualcuno che ti tradurrà le spiegazioni!

🦸🦹 𝐁𝐈𝐎 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐈
Motivati dalla loro passione per la pratica e la condivisione, Francesca e Luigi sono una coppia di istruttori provenienti dalla soleggiata Sicilia. Si sono incontrati più di 10 anni fa e si sono innamorati anche grazie all’acroyoga.
Luigi è un appassionato massaggiatore con pratiche thailandesi e cinesi (tuinà) e, grazie alla sua passione per le arti antiche, è diventato anche insegnante Tai Chi e Qi Gong con più di 10 anni di esperienza e insegnante di meditazione.
Francesca proviene dal mondo della danza ed è una psicologa che ama il modo speciale in cui l’acroyoga fa connettere e supportare le persone con un atteggiamento aperto, lavorare sulla forza personale e sui limiti, sperimentare “l’essere nel momento presente”.
Sono insegnanti certificati “Partner Acrobatics” e “Acro Love”.
Nella loro pratica, amano creare flow fluidi ed eleganti, ma apprezzano anche l’energia della velocità e del ritmo attraverso i “whips”, i “whip-pops” e gli icariani. Concentrano il loro allenamento e insegnamento sui piccoli dettagli e amano scomporre i movimenti complicati con facilità, creando progressioni per assicurare il successo anche di trucchi più complessi. Credono che praticare acro yoga sia una fortunata opportunità per crescere come esseri umani, per esprimere al meglio il potenziale di ognuno e per contribuire a creare una comunità di persone concentrate sulla condivisione, il supporto e il godersi la vita. Nel loro modo di insegnare, c’è sempre un po’ di ironia tra di loro per ricordare che il sorriso è il sale della vita.
Si esibiscono spesso, tengono corsi regolari, organizzano workshop e ritiri in tutto il mondo. Sono co-fondatori dell'”AcroFusion Teacher Training”, un programma di acroyoga per diventare insegnanti. L’evento che preferiscono è la “Sicily Acro Convention”, una fantastica convention acrobatica che organizzano in estate, riunendo molti insegnanti e partecipanti nazionali e internazionali in una meravigliosa Riserva Naturale!
Credono fermamente che creare un’atmosfera gioiosa durante le lezioni aiuti le persone a far emergere il loro sole interiore (la parte calda, giocosa ed entusiasta di loro) e a far parte di una comunità sana dove una bella risata non manca mai!

❓ 𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐓𝐒 ❓
🔸 Can I come without a partner? Absolutely yes! It’s not necessary to come in couple, ther is an entire group of acrobats ready to have fun with you!
🔸 I have never tried the described tricks, can I came anyway? Saturday yes, sunday you must have the written pre-reqs.
🔸 I don’t kow how to do a handstand, is it a problem? The handstand is a trick that is very useful in acroyoga, but it’s not a pre-req, so no problem and come to have fun with us!
🔸 I don’t understand italian, will I understand something? The teachers know how to speak in english and, if you don’t understand italian, tell us before and you will have someone that will translate the explanations.

🦸🦹 𝐁𝐈𝐎 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐒
Driven by their passion for practicing and sharing, Francesca and Luigi are a couple of instructors who come from the sunny Sicily, an island in the south part of Italy. They met 9 years ago and fell in love also thanks to acro-yoga.
Luigi is a Thai and Chinese massage (tuinà) therapist and thanks to his passion for ancient arts he also became a taiji Chuan teacher with more than 10 years of experience and a Meditation teacher.
Francesca comes from the dance world and she is a psychologist who loves the special way acroyoga make people connect and support each other with an open mind attitude, work on personal strengh and bounderins, experiment the “beeing in the present moment”. They are “Partner Acrobatics” and “Acro Love” certfied teachers.
In their practice, they love to create fluid and elegant flows but also enjoy the energy of speed and tempo through whips, whip-pops, and Icarian games. They focus their training and teaching on small details and love to break down complicated moves with ease creating progressions to make sure success even more complex tricks. They believe that practicing acro yoga is a lucky opportunity to grow as human beings, to best express every one own potential and to contribute creating a community of people focused on sharing, supporting and enjoy life. In their way of teaching, there is always a bit of irony between them to remind that smiling is the spice of life.
They often perform, teach regular classes, organize workshops and retreats all over the world. They are co-founders of the “AcroFusion Teacher Training”, an acro yoga program to become a teacher. The event they like most is the “Sicily Acro Convention”, a cool acrobatic convention they organize in the summer, bringing together many national and international teachers and participants in a marvellous Natural Reserve!
They strongly believe that creating a joyfull atmosfere during the classes help people to bring out their inner sun (the warm, playful, entusiastic part of them) and to be part of a healthy community
where a beautiful laugh never fails!
