Anche se sarà marzo… avete voglia di un po’ di estate in anticipo? ☀️​ I terzi ospiti dell’anno scolastico di acroyoga in Friuli targato Shakti a.s.d. non hanno bisogno di grandi presentazioni, tornano a Udine due tra gli insegnanti che per primi hanno portato l’acroyoga in Italia. Direttamente da Palermo, siamo entusiasti di condividere un altro weekend con 𝓕𝓻𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮𝓼𝓬𝓪 & 𝓛𝓾𝓲𝓰𝓲 (@sicilyacro)

Francesca e Luigi hanno in serbo per voi un weekend dove la fluidità incontra la forza 🌊💪 Proprio nel loro meraviglioso stile, impareremo un flow dinamico ed elegante condito con vari tricks esplosivi. In particolare l’obiettivo è quello di inserire in una sequenza di movimenti degli ICARIANI e dei WHIP-POPS, senza perdere la fluidità. In più esploreremo alcuni whip-pos particolari… che forse non avete ancora mai visto! Se sai già fare il reverse tarzan (che NON è un pre requisito), ci sarà sicuramente un trick che lo coinvolgerà!

⚠️ I LIVELLI DEI WORKSHOP SARANNO BASATI SUL LIVELLO DEI PARTECIPANTI, MA TUTTI AVRANNO LA POSSIBILITÀ DI IMPARE QUALCOSA DI NUOVO E SFIDANTE!

Spinti dalla loro passione per la pratica e la condivisione, Francesca e Luigi sono una coppia di insegnanti che provengono dalla soleggiata Sicilia. Si sono conosciuti più di 10 anni fa e si sono innamorati anche grazie all’acro-yoga. Luigi è un terapista di massaggio Thai e Cinese (tuinà) e, grazie alla sua passione per le arti antiche, è diventato anche un insegnante di Taiji Chuan con oltre 10 anni di esperienza e un insegnante di Meditazione. Francesca viene dal mondo della danza ed è una psicologa che ama il modo speciale in cui l’acroyoga fa connettere e sostenere le persone con un atteggiamento di apertura mentale, lavorando sulla forza personale e sui propri confini, sperimentando l'”essere nel momento presente”. Sono insegnanti certificati “Partner Acrobatics” e “Acro Love”.

Nella loro pratica, amano creare flow fluidi ed eleganti, ma apprezzano anche l’energia della velocità e del tempo attraverso whips, whip-pops e icariani. Focalizzano il loro allenamento e l’insegnamento sui piccoli dettagli e amano scomporre con facilità i movimenti complicati, creando progressioni per garantire il successo anche nei trick più complessi. Credono che praticare acro yoga sia una preziosa opportunità per crescere come esseri umani, per esprimere al meglio il potenziale di ognuno e per contribuire a creare una comunità di persone focalizzate sulla condivisione, sul supporto e sul godersi la vita. Nel loro modo di insegnare c’è sempre un pizzico di ironia tra di loro, per ricordare che il sorriso è il sale della vita. Si esibiscono spesso, tengono lezioni regolari, organizzano workshop e ritiri in tutto il mondo. Sono i co-fondatori dell'”AcroFusion Teacher Training”, un programma di acro yoga per diventare insegnanti. L’evento che amano di più è la “Sicily Acro Convention”, una fantastica convention acrobatica che organizzano in primavera ed estate, riunendo molti insegnanti e partecipanti nazionali e internazionali in una meravigliosa Riserva Naturale!
Credono fermamente che creare un’atmosfera gioiosa durante le lezioni aiuti le persone a tirar fuori il proprio “sole interiore” (la parte calda, giocosa ed entusiasta di sé) e che sia fondamentale far parte di una comunità sana, dove una bella risata non manca mai!

Even though it will be March… do you fancy an early taste of summer? ☀️ Our third guests of the Shakti a.s.d. acroyoga season in Friuli need no introduction! Francesca and Luigi have in store for you a weekend where fluidity meets strength 🌊💪 True to their signature style, we will learn a dynamic and elegant flow, infused with various explosive tricks. Our specific goal is to integrate icarians and whip-pops into a movement sequence without losing fluidity. Plus, we will explore some unique whip-pops… that you’ve probably never seen before! If you already know ho to do the reverse tarzan (that is NOT a pre requisite), ther will surely be a trick about it!

⚠️ THE WORKSHOP LEVELS WILL BE ADAPTED TO THE LEVEL OF THE PARTICIPANTS, ENSURING EVERYONE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW AND CHALLENGING!

Driven by their passion for practicing and sharing, Francesca and Luigi are a couple of instructors who come from the sunny Sicily, an island in the south part of Italy. They met more than 10 years ago and fell in love also thanks to acroyoga. Luigi is a Thai and Chinese massage (tuinà) therapist and thanks to his passion for ancient arts he also became a taiji Chuan teacher with more than 10 years of experience and a meditation teacher.
Francesca comes from the dance world and she is a psychologist who loves the special way acroyoga make people connect and support each other with an open mind attitude, work on personal strengh and bounderins, experiment the “beeing in the present moment”. They are “Partner Acrobatics” and “Acro Love” certfied teachers. In their practice, they love to create fluid and elegant flows but also enjoy the energy of speed and tempo through whips, whip-pops, and Icarian games. They focus their training and teaching on small details and love to break down complicated moves with ease creating progressions to make sure success even more complex tricks. They believe that practicing acroyoga is a lucky opportunity to grow as human beings, to best express everyone own potential and to contribute creating a community of people focused on sharing, supporting and enjoying life. In their way of teaching, there is always a bit of irony between them, to remind that smiling is the spice of life. They often perform, teach regular classes, organize workshops and retreats all over the world. They are co-founders of the “AcroFusion Teacher Training”, an acroyoga program to become teachers. The event they like most is the “Sicily Acro Convention”, a cool acrobatic convention they organize in the spring and summer, bringing together many national and international teachers and participants in a marvellous natural reserve!

They strongly believe that creating a joyfull atmosfere during the classes help people to bring out their inner sun (the warm, playful, entusiastic part of them) and inthe importance of being part of a healthy community, where a beautiful laugh never fails!
